Section 2 - Buying on Commission

Section 4 - Bid in Charges

Section 5 - Feed
All feed charges will be based on the average cost of the feed, F.O.B. this market, plus a margin on.50 per hundred weight.
Section 6 - Special Sales
When leasing stockyards for special sales on other than regular sale day, charges will be determined between the parties based on the special services requested.
Section 7 - Insurance
The schedule of charges will be rates pursuant to an insurance policy on file with USDA, GIPSA, Packers & Stockyards Programs, and does not contain any charges retained by the market.
Section 8 - Miscellaneous Charges
A labor fee of $1.00 per head will be charged for each goat and/or sheep required to have a USDA Scrapie Tag that has not been tagged by the seller prior to the sale of the animal.
